Job description

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Procurement & Sustainability Operations Coordinator to join our international group procurement team. This role is ideal for someone with strong analytical skills, excellent Excel proficiency, and a passion for sustainability and corporate responsibility. You will support procurement operations, manage supplier onboarding processes, and coordinate sustainability initiatives across our supplier base.

Procurement Support

  • Assist the international procurement team with data collection, reporting, and supplier documentation.
  • Maintain and update procurement databases and supplier records.
  • Support onboarding of new suppliers into procurement platforms and systems.

Data Analysis & Reporting

  • Analyze procurement and supplier data to support Performance Management.
  • Create and maintain Excel-based dashboards and reports.
  • Identify trends and opportunities for process improvement.

Sustainability & CSR Coordination

  • Coordinate supplier onboarding to sustainability platforms (e.g., CO₂ reduction certification tools).
  • Track supplier compliance with CSR and sustainability requirements.
  • Communicate with suppliers regarding sustainability documentation and deadlines.

Administrative & Operational Tasks

  • Support internal audits and compliance checks.
  • Prepare presentations and summaries for internal stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with corporate standards.

Personality requirements and skills

  • Fluent in English (written and spoken); other languages are a plus.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, formulas, charts).
  • Experience in sustainability is an advantage.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
